how the heck do i get a picture in a pm to someone?

You have to upload it to a image hosting site first. Then put the DIRECT LINK to the image in your pm like this

[img]http:www.yourhostingthingy.com/blahblahblah.jpg[/img]

It also works if the file is already hosted elsewhere. For Google images (most) for example you search for a pic, click it then click "Full-size Image" then copy the link form the address bar

Shoot me a link to it. I'm going to buy one, and put a nice FMF pipe setup on it. That should shut all the loud mouths in my cube farm up pretty quick, or at the very least, drown them out.

If the picture is already online you can right click on the picture and copy image address then paste into pm or post between the

I find that works better than using the image link up top as it likes to say they are too large
