Ummmmm I say y'all every 5 min.....jus sayin....and only lived in Texas (Coppell) for two years, outside of WI for 4 years the rest was TN and GA....soon to be FL.

It's a nice place, for the most part. Obviously being in Austin I'm immune to some of the typical Texan mind set, which can be overwhelming. But it's great for me personally lol. My whole family is here in TX. I've been here my whole life, and don't think I'll be moving anywhere else anytime soon.

I have a GUS. I like it a lot. I was going to get a tele but decided against it. Just cant afford everything.
The people in the north know how to drink too. After all thats the only thing we have to do in the winter months. Trust me. But I dont hardly drink anymore. I can say this. I am an alcoholic. I dont need it but when I drink I drink to get drunk. I cant have just one. Its not possible. you know when your friends say lets just go for one. One has never happened with me! I have a reminder everyday. About 22 years ago I was in a car accident. After drinking almost a fifth of Crown Royal by myself. I love that stuff and havent touched it since! I didnt got to jail but probably should have. Still not sure why I didnt. But anyway. I have 7 screws and a bone fusion in my left ankle. 2 Compound fractures. Spent 6 months on crutches. Had to learn how to walk all over again. Ill never get that drunk again!!!! Ill never drink whiskey again. Now when I do drink its beer. About 6 im good to go. I have finally learned to cut my self off. I still cant have just a beer. Ok sorry for the story. Just had to make a point that people up here can drink with the best of them!!!

Yeah, back in the day I could chug a whole fifth of Jack -- but I too had a life-changing event, a bleeding ulcer.......maybe god liked us well enough to give us one more chance!!
