I sent PM's to the first in lines that Faceless will be sending direct to.

We'll talk about the best way (whether Faceless / folks prefer I do this again for the next in, or 1 & 2 just PM each other) after they go out, just to keep things clean & easy. Who knows, I may even still have your addy.

Do I send you my addy?

Ah, gotcha. Sorry, my brain is already in Friday mode I guess. :D

lol, love the edit!!! Mine was a total joke though....figured you all would have known that, considering how I talk to people.... :)

Yes indeed, my friend. =) I was just driving home the point.. cause I know I could really relive a lot of Faces stress over customer service concerns, and Tim is going to be jobless in a few weeks. I have 2 part time jobs, I need another to be able to pay all our bills and I'd rather not have to flip burgers - or worse yet, manage people flipping burgers which is what I get stuck with when I try to apply for peon positions 'cause they figure I have too much experience to be content in a peon position even if that's hat I applied for.

Here you go Faceless...

My favorite British guy that reviews from a Shed(Yes the only guy)

Good review, couple little inaccurate things but he's impressed enough to buy his own:

iHybrid by ihybridmods.com - YouTube

Has your logo and website. Good stuff.
Good stuff!Look at his face as he talks about it-he really was impressed
Who can blame him

Not sure about the automated response as I assume you want to do it from your webpage.

FAQ though...Lady's spreadsheet is a FAQ of sorts. Maybe we could pull information from it and make a a FAQ for you and save you some time?

that would save me lots of time, maybe something in text that I can copy and paste to my site :)

Face, what you are looking for is a Chat Trigger Auto-Responder.

Something like one of these scripts.

Free Chat Autoresponder Downloads: iSpQ Video Chat by iSpQ Video Chat, MSN Chat Monitor by AjivaSoft Computing, Inc. and More

I'll look more into that once I get on here to hang out, still waiting on wife to get home from her check up :) glad I'm a man lol

If you want a secretary I can read all those emails sent through your site, answer the obvious "I can't read" ones, and forward the questions that only you can answer to your personal email if you want..

Edit: and you'll keep all the customers you want to keep.. I have 17 years of customer service experience.. 1/3 of it at management level.

I might just do that :)

Good idea Thorbear. An iHy FAQ thread that would be monitored and maintained by fellow knowledgeable iHybreeds. I like it. Answers would be given realitively fast, too.

The problem with that is I can only have 2 open threads :(

I picked my iHybrid up from the post office this morning :) this thing is absolutely amazing, hands down best vape I have ever Vaped, this thread was unbelievably helpful to read through

I've already upgraded my switch and made a coil in 5mins instead of the hour or so it took me with my DID clone

Faceless, the term genius completely applies here awesome job, I am completely hooked on this :)

Glad you like it :)

I think you'd be great at it, and it would help Face out so that's even better! But the emails that you guys don't want to ever hear from again, and do not want them to ever be a customer...well, you can still send those bad boys my way :) I'll handle them
