Hello my fellow iHy friends. Well peeps I just want to break down now. I was one of the stupid fools that emailed Face about the shipping....I am very sorry Faceless as I did not pay attention when I made the purchase...I was to excited. However, I do work graveyards and am now awake from my Bat Sleep (By the way this is JRichey22 Got the name change YAY) I was able to read a ton of this threads back log....I found some awesome info (November 16th 17th lol).

I just wanted to say Sorry to Face out in the open as I seen that message that should not have been posted on here, next time ill point them in the right directions. And Also, Fisty does seem like the perfect candidate for email reading...she has been on this thread from day one (I know many of you have, but her responses seem to pop out the most lol. Plus her renders are EPIC).

I have no idea what you sent to Face but an email or two isn't a big deal.. it's ignoring a reply and then sending 20+ more emails that is a problem. =)

And Also, Fisty does seem like the perfect candidate for email reading...she has been on this thread from day one (I know many of you have, but her responses seem to pop out the most lol. Plus her renders are EPIC).

I have another suggestion that would be easily implemented and might save some emails.. A short FAQ on the contact page. Not a link to a big one, you can have that too.. but a short one that answers things like:

BEFORE USING THE CONTACT FORM READ THIS!

1)
Q: Where is my tracking number, I ordered from ihybridmods.com?
A: Got to your Paypal account and look next to your completed payment for your purchase, if it is past the date listed on the product page for shipping and you do not have a tracking link there then use the contact form.

2)
Q: Where is my tracking number, I ordered from 310 Vaper?
A: Check your spam folder, if you do not find an email from 310 Vapers and it is past the date listed on the product page for shipping and you do not have a tracking email then contact 310 Vapers at 310Vapers-Conact Us

3)
Q: I don't live in the US, can you ship an iHybrid to me?
A: iHybrid PVs can be shipped worldwide with the exception of countries where selling electronic cigarette is illegal. (Singapore and Malaysia at least)

Etc..

I do think it's a good idea for Face to have someone who is not at his residence working as customer service.. Me, KT, vabeach454, answering service, whatever.. if something ever happens that takes him off the grid for a bit there will be someone who can inform customers who are waiting for orders of what is going on so panic and even more unfortunate situations can be easily avoided.

Nice Ya it is starting to cool off around here too. This morning it was real sunny and I thought today'd be hot, then out of nowhere it turned all doom-n-gloom on me and poured rain for two hours. Now the sun is super bright and its hot out

Stupid weather make up your mind! This weekend me, the wife, my sister, and my wife's bff are heading to LA so they can go shopping or something similarly expensive and horrible
