Playing catch up this morning.
We have found, in our years of selling items online, it really doesn't matter how much information you offer potential customers.
Rather written form, or through answering incoming phone calls.
There will always be that certain percentage of folks who just. won't. read. Or listen.
We can have something posted like:

IN STOCK
and damned if someone won't send us an email, asking "Do you have this in blue? And if you do, is it in stock and how much is it? Oh, and how big is it?" I don't know if they just went right to the contact form and didn't even look, or if they just looked at the pretty picture and totally skipped all the text.
We also try to make text short but informative, because we have found most people, when faced with "too much" text will just skip over it and then complain that "we didn't tell them" such and such. They just won't read it, then blame us.
On the other hand, we'll get those that will complain that we don't have enough information in the 8 paragraphs already there.
In short, you will always have those that will find something to complain about, those that will find some way to blame you for their own shortcomings, and those that will ask you repeatedly for already posted readily available information they just refuse to look at for themselves. They want you to hold their hand through the entire process. You'd be surprised at how many people will look down when you tell them "you dropped your eye" or "you're standing on my ear". Try it some time. LOL
The service part of customer service sucks. Plain and simple. Since the hubby and I both will tend to yell *@ck you back at someone yelling that at us over the phone, we have farmed that aspect out to my sister and my niece. LOL We don't answer the phone or email anymore.
yeah, it gets bothersome, now I know why Zen looks like santa, this stress either makes your hair white or makes it fall out, glad I'm already bald, but my beard hair is turning white lol
On on a side note: I got some PM's and heard through the grapevine that I am Egotistical and I was bashing Zen, so let me set this straight for the spies that just poke their head in here to cause drama and spread rumors.
I'm not in High School, the drama can stop. My post on other "modders" having waiting list and maybe I should do the same was implying that I make people wait 2-3 days and they get all upset and send me 30+ emails. I was saying that I dont understand why they get upset about a 3 day wait when everyone else has long list. So don't come here assuming I am bashing Zen, I'm not, quit making up stuff.
On the egotistical part, well I am Ego and I am egotistical, I LOVE me, you don't have to, but I do
I am not here to bash or compete, I am here as a vaping community, I even support and buy from other modders. We are suppose to be a united community, not a divided one. So if you're trying to divide off in certain groups, you are not a vaper, don't worry, it will come with time, I've been vaping 3 years and seen pretty much everything from start to now
