I am still having huge issues with the Cobalt I picked up at VC. I have tried taking the anodizing off and inside switch post, and it seems to be gone, BUT the thing produces only wisps of vapor hardly anything at all. Anyone got any tips? I can't make any sense of it... I would ask in the other thread, but it has been closed (temporarily, I hope).

Try noalox in the threads. Fixed it completely for me...

Mine does now too, thanks to EZkill! I removed the anodizing from the threads inside the tube too, and pinched the switch spring so that it made good contact with the switch post.

I totally agree with that, but what are ya gunna do? My wife really like it because it so small and cute, and Smurphy blue. Not sure why its named "Cobalt" either, as it is definitely NOT cobalt blue as it was in the original render.
