Evening folks. So how is everyone tonight? I went to see Skyfall tonight. Great movie. It was very good!! A lot better than I thought it would be. I think it was one of the best Bond movies I have seen. Really like the story line.

ok being a standard it should still have the old switch, so not sure why you would be having that problem, but make sure you send Face a PM, if there is a problem he will take care of it

If it's the new switch, there is a spring under the delrin insulator. Push down on the insulator. If it springs back, it's a new switch. If it's solid, it's original design.

the newer switches have a very short throw on them, but he had said the other day the ones he had currently of the standard had the old switch

I also got a standard unit recently. As far as I can tell from what folks describe the new switch to be like, I'm pretty sure the switch on mine is the new style. Springy delrin at the bottom and flat top or nipple top once the switch is screwed in none of them rattle... But I have noticed that if I screw the lock ring down too far I guess it pulls that springy delrin away from the battery and it does rattle a little. I don't mind, just don't thread the lock ring down that hard, just to the point it starts to tighten. My $.02, but I am a newbie to this device so take it with a grain of salt.

I don't use a kick myself so I have no experience with how it works with the iHy... Sorry.

You use the nipple top. I just loaded my new kick in my Spider and I can set it down without it firing. I know you can't really tell from the pic but there's the proof lol

All my button tops work with the kick.

Make sure the kick and battery are inserted correctly. If you flip it you could break your kick.

Yes, the side with the post and the pot goes up. And it sits this way on top of your battery's positive side

Thanks, I got them from dfwvapor, they’re both peanut style Trippy tips. The black emerald was the only one they had and I think they have another like the sapphire swirl tip on their site now for $40.
