:D LOL You edited it as I was Typing :D Yeah Chief Petty Officer.. Every year the newly "Selected" Chiefs who are promoted from First Clas, (E-6) to Chief,(E-7) go through a rigorous training period about 6 weeks long and during this time they make Boxes that look very similar to that to hold their log books and other items and signatures and things. Not much is really known about what exactly is in these boxes because it is somewhat of a secret to those who are not Chiefs. Your Career sounds really cool, I like the communication brisge y'all have built, that is awesome :D

Sincerely;
Nate

I have one of those boxes you are reffering to Nate sitting on top of my china cabinet, along with my retirement flag. I built it in 1998 while in the Persian Gulf with my other six selectees while going through initiation, from wood we managed to find in Turkey before leaving the Med. do you know how hard it was to find wood in Turkey!!!??? I know what's in my box, but have lost the key. Retired in 06 (MCPO). I miss it... Sometimes :) thanks for your service Nate.

Ok laughing I had to ask husband what f5 did on computer lol...he is a programmer..he looked at me and started laughing and said refresh duhhh...

We've all had our blonde moments.
One of my favorites, my sister and her then husband were in a drug store checking out.
Next to the registers was a display of wrist watches.

He asked her, "would you like a watch?"
She answered "watch what?"

So Mesh from the Mesh Company,
They shipped my A4 sheets (1x#400 and 1x#500) as ordered. And 2 extra, free, sheets!! Problem is, I have no clue what they are. Where the #400 and #500 are labelled, hard to see through and a bit stirdy, these other 2 are much more flexible and easier to see through (and obviously not labelled). I think they are 2 sheets of the same. I'll contact them and hope to resolve what they are.
I got 10% "Christmas Mega Sale" Discount and an offer for a 5% lifetime discount as an ECF member.
Also a notice that they will be carrying mesh that is finer than #500 and "atomizer wires". in the near future.

So, going to try to resolve wich mesh it is I got for free. Regardless, great and fast service, thx The Mesh Company!
Cheers.

On The Mesh Company's site, they have pictures of their mesh sizes with a dime (as a comparison for size). I'm not sure if they do this for every type of mesh, but it would be worth checking out. Also, this link "Wick Materials, Safe vs Dangerous" has some great information about Mesh.

? refer to the link to the APV Reference Links above my sig

Some of the members have put the LINK to the Reference Site in their Signature Blocks. That's awesome! The more of us that do that, the easier it is for new members to find the help they need! Thanks so much to those that included it in their signatures !!!!

I love you too, KT!

Very cool Cyclin!

Lol that why I put lol. Not to the new people though, at least I might not have known before the all mighty reference sheet ;)

"All Mighty Reference Sheet"????? I'm guessing this was your attempt at poking fun at the Reference "sheet"? Don't be shy, Silentdoom...say what you really think! LOL
