Indeed, I'm also eager to see what actually happens. Just can't come to grips with the fact that my iHy might soon be an illegal possession. Lets just hope it doesn't come to that. Those ECF members (and anyone else for the cause) fighting for our rights will stick it to em'!

Unlikely that they will become illegal, this is more about regulation. But they will be deciding on whether or not long term nicotine replacement is something they even see as a reasonable option. If all goes well we could see federal regulation and taxation on this hobby of ours. Which would be a win in terms of the other possible outcomes. Still not sure I'd be able to afford this hobby after uncle sam dips in to fill his pockets. We shall see.

Well... last night I found out about this very concerning proposed regulation in the EU. Behind all the legalese, it is in fact a ban on all e-liquids and loaded e-cigs (and jurisprudence shows that subordinate 'paraphernalia' regulation could then apply to devices). Now, the EU has been fighting the bad fight harder for a while - for instance they explicitly ban the only smoking alternative that has been scientifically shown to decrease harm, i.e. Snus.

So how is everyone doing tonight? I need to make a fresh wick and coil. Hopefully it works out well. I have been doing pretty good with them. Think this time Im going to give the twisting a try. 32 @ 4 wraps should work right?

4 wrap fat wick usually gives around 1.2. Personally do 5 wrap with twisted 32- Ohms out to about 1.5-1.6. After a day or so of break-in, I crank it up to around 4.2-4.4 for 12ish watts.
