Had a feeling, glad I held off.
Looks nice but, I'm not doing prototypes anymore.

Just a thought. That's a Chinese atty, right? I'm assuming it sits straight on other mods?

Chi_You looks hot and I have a brass one coming, but you may want to look at this review, and more importantly, the comments over on youtube when considering. I don't think the Synthesis will fit on it without a 510 adapter.

so grruss, basically the synth will fit the chi, just loosely? I guess we wont know till someone tries, hmmm doesnt matter for me cause i wasnt on the list but by the time another one comes around I'm sure I'll find out. I hope it does though I really like the chi you.

Hmm not sure yet I Pmd him hope the whole batch is not like this remember the leaning Lt.?

yeah i can see that the dud is sitting a bit crooked, shouldnt be a prob though w/ the synth as you wont need the top cap.

evening hybreed! getting a good amount of snow right now.. gotta say, im loving every bit of it!

Well being post-drunk / early hangover and trying to dig out one's car out of the snow hasn't been that much fun. But I gotta be at work bright and early tomorrow...

How's everything LL? I hope you had a great holiday. Merry Christmas!

The chi has the same threads as the GG under the 510 cap. Once that's removed, the GG adapter that comes with the synthesis will pair the two beautifully... I presume ;)

I just noticed something today, does the coil build you use have any affect on battery life? Not sure if i'm vaping more (my juice seems to last longer wich would seem to contradict this) or if it's because I hardly ever touch any of my other mods anymore (I used to switch around between 3 or 4 before I got my ihy) or if it's the twisted kanthal build but I seem to be changing battery's out way more often than I'm used to (I trade out my 18650 2-3 times a day), I even started testing the batteries on my provari when i switched em out and sure enough they are down to about 3.6v when I'm noticing the drop in vape enough to warrent a switch.

Battery life is a function of current draw (amps), which is inversely proportional to resistance, given a static voltage. The lower the resistance, the faster the battery would die, all else being equal. There are other variables, but a lower resistance coil will commonly make you have to switch batteries faster. The twisted 32 is lower than a straight 32 ga kanthal coil with the same number of wraps. Do you measure the resistance of you coils?

Yep that explains it pretty well, I always ran higher Ohms on my gennie's with the provari cuz I liked the higher numbers on volts lol.

I was between 2.2 and 2.8 depending on which atty I was using, on the ihy I'm at 1.1
