I've really been wanting a full SS unit, so this might be great info. And how could anyone pass up a Ti? Have you seen the way you can 'anodize' (if that's the right term for Ti color changing via electricity) Ti... AMAZING!

One last run of standards, going to get out lots of colors and keep those coming as long as there is demand, the new iHy will be 22mm wide and available in SS or Titanium and I will continue the LE's which are also interchangeable with the color tubes.

I am planning a mechanical mod that will also have limited editions, sorry about yalls bank accounts. Price isnt determined on the future ihys, but they are already about to be produced, I have already made the drawings and just need to make them, bare aluminum is just too hard to keep in perfect shape, especially the difficulty of threading both ends while in a chuck, SS and TI believe it or not is much easier to handle and machine.

Sounds good, and Ti actually anodizes nicer than the aluminum.

I believe what he is saying is all the standards will be SS. But not the LEs. That's why if you want to color your tubes in the standard buy the next run.

I wasn't saying the LE's would be ss

ugh and I just traded my standard for a GGTS to put a synth on, that'll teach me.. hope I don't have to decide between the last batch of standards or the Grruss special LE Sweet Medicine..

Worst part is if I work some overtime I might miss the announced dates and times! (who am I kidding I'm on here all day at work lol)

Really wanted to jump on the next couple LEs but with this info I might have to save my money for the "new" editions. Nah...

So, will there be 2 sets of LE's now? You say you've got the drawing of the new iHybrid. Are they all going to this new model? Or is this new iHy the same just new metal?

Going 22mm makes sense from a standardization point of view. That way the Synthesis atomizer is the same as the iHybrid one and making mass quantities will be easier as you won't have to use different tools. Great idea IMO!

If I understood, the Standards will now be SS or Ti and the LE's will continue in Aluminum and also be able to use the replacement colored tubes that are to be released.
