So I found out last night that ice can be slick and that concrete is very hard! I slipped on my front steps and hit my back on the edge of the steps. I seriously thought I may have broken my back! But after the initial shock I realized I could move and didn't need an ambulance. I've seriously thought about staying home from work today to let my back heal. Side effect of this would be that I would be home to receive my FP when it arrives. Unfortunately, if I were to do that I believe my husband would drive me crazy with all of his worrying. I'm going to suck it up and go to work.
more than likely it's just a fan going out, but smart to back it up anyway.
any word yet on a ship date for the 12/21 yet - figured since we are right about at mid jan I would throw it out there

I work at home with my wife, can't call in sick and i work every day holidays included. sometimes i stay outside with the dogs just to get away from her. i love her but she talks to much and stresses about everything.

Do not play around with a back injury. It can take weeks for you to feel the pain. You don't want to be in my position at all. If you hurt in anyway from the fall you should be going to get an xray/ct scan.

Falling on your back is terrifying.. happened to me a few years back and It really scared the bejebus out of me. Hope you are ok Tiger. I vote for stay home and sign for flowers ... then seek immediate medical assistance.

whaaaaaat ? hmmm not sure what in your area but its like a quick check .Basically a convenience store that serves hot food and sandwiches and stuff .
pretty much the best convenience store ever. they don't have them where I am down in Florida, but they're all over the place by my family up in Philly. Think of a cleaner, better, way more awesome 7-11, and that's a starting point.

We got Old Clinton Gas, bait, tackle, and I think they do some taxadermy in the back. They boil their own peanuts out front in a huge pot. It is across the road from Old Clinton BBQ, where they make fresh hot pork skins daily. It was actually featured on Dirty Jobs, Best dag gum BBQ in the state. I am not far from where they filmed deliverance.When you said WaWa, I thought you were talking about walmart
