Hi everyone

As some of you know im new to the ihybrid, and just received my first one last week or so. I really love the performance of the ihybrid, so now im looking to aquire another for out and about. I have a possible trade in the works with someone that has a low post count, and a low but positive feedback score for a raw aluminium 2.1, and just wanted to make sure that information i received is correct. According to this person, this ihybrid 2.1 was made before the gun metal version was released, and has the same switch style as the dragon and illuminati. The only switch that ive seen that looks like this has been on the spider LE.

Can someone please give me some info on the ihybrid in the picture.

Thanks in advance.

What's the principal behind twisting the coil? It lowers the resistance but I'm sure that this could be accomplished by adding wraps. Are there any gennie wizards up for explaining why this works so well?

Not really sure what twisting does, but adding wraps to the coil increases the resistance Huffelpuff.

 yes increases - thank you for the correction.

I thought you said 32 Guage Nichrome twisted earlier. Your resistance should be very low with that set-up. I know the resistance level of Nichrome is lower than Kanthal a1. Do you have a multimeter to check your coil resistance. Just be careful not to overload Amp limit rating for your Battery. I just wrapped a 28g Nichrome coil tonight, and had to put 7 wraps just to get o.9 ohm's. With 28 kanthal I only have to place 4 wraps to get 1 ohm.

Foggatti is an odd atomizer. It has a lot of really good stuff going for it, but it also has some not so good stuff. The machining is awesome and it looks great. Will also have a lot of cool stuff for it in the future. The clever machining and design have down sides though. It's very gurgly, as the well traps all the juice and the airhole is at the bottom. It can be a real pain to setup. It vapes well, not stellar, but well.

Bliss...bliss hands down is a better vape in my opinion. Doesn't look as good as good but it's a really nice atomizer.

If I had to chose one, I'd take the bliss. Purely function over form.

As far as my personal atomizer list goes the Foggatti is 5th...BliSS would be 3rd. Both are good choices.

I was hoping you were gonna chime in. I think you already rated the Synthesis #1. So, #2? Hellfire Mega?

I think that one of the versions locks clockwise and the other locks counter clockwise - want to say that v1 is counter but am not sure. Somebody will come along and tell you.
Sounds good. I'll wait t'ill more people chime in. I really want to be sure of what im getting.

That is a Spider switch... V2 I would say. I thought it went to 2.1 when Gun Metal (Clear Anodized) came out.
Thats exactly what i thought, which is why im skeptical.
