I see everyone was posting "bike" pics this am .....

These are two of my "rides" ..... I collect and work on scooters.

Here are two Yamaha Zumas .... originally 49cc with a top speed of 40 mph down hill with a tail wind :D

Now they are 70cc with 17.5mm carbs and Leo Vince pipes. One has a more aggressive big bore kit and can do 53 mph all day long. That one is for me not the wife ..... And I have a nice comfy Corbin Saddle on her. (the scoot not the wife)

2 strokes rock though I can beat almost any 4 wheel vehicle off the line until about 35.

If 53 doesn't sound exciting try it for yourself on 12 inch wheels :)

I've got a 1980 Honda express for camping, it has a 70cc kit, Delorto 20mm carb, Bored intake, and a similar expansion chamber to the one on your zuma. It tops out at about 44mph due to the points ignition and two speed transmission limiting it. It is a blast, and nimble as all get out. My kids ride it some too in the yard cuz it is automatic of course. I'm probaly gonna pick up a Zuma too so we'll have two for some campground races. Anyone who has not ridden one does not know what they are missing.

Channel locks with teeth wrapped heavily in electrical tape and a small squirt of WD-40 worked for me last night. Had a Standard that hadn't been used in a couple months and the tube wouldn't come off for anyone.

Whew, i got it off. That was a nightmare. I did have to use channels, but nothing is hurt...now it's all KYd up!!! Good to go! Thanks for all the help guys.

Hi jeffjr, please don't post other venders on Faceless's forum as it is against the forum rules. Just edit your post to say "Yuma." That is the known name for that vendor. Thanks

Well technically (at least according to my understanding) we can post other vendors as long as they don't sell Face's stuff. For example, RTDVapor.com is a legit reference but Yuma isn't. Pretty sure it's because a supplier isn't allowed to plug other vendors that carry their items, but they're allowed to reference any other supplier.

re: brass drip tips and stuff...
I'll stick with Bullys.. he's always been completely upfront with the materials he uses, is always available for questions, extremely good customer service, and he's never disappointed me. They are more expensive, almost twice as much, but it's worth it to me.. plus I know when I purchase a Bully tip I'm helping a fine young man pay for his college tuition.

Those threads look just fine.. no idea why it's not working. I'm very glad you finally got the switch though. /kicks Faceless' Post Office in the nads

You are quite right. Thank you for clearing that up.

Dude i always said i want a scooter.
I would cruse around in the backwoods here with no shirt just shorts and flip flops
With a keg strapped on the back hooked to a snorkel.
And just drink and scoot.
