It has only been used at 3.7 way below the white line. I checked it with hubby. The screw that holds the spring just fell out. In addition, the cap is still there and the spring is floating at the bottom. Is there a way of manually taking off the bottom cap?

I suppose I will have to figure it out on my own. Thanks a bunch

I was soooo excited today, as my Infinity Kit that I ordered on 1/21/11 finally came in the mail this afternoon! I put the batteries on the charger at about 12:15 pm, went back to work, and at 4:15 pm, saw the green light on the charger. Tried out my brand new Infinity and..........nothing.......there is a little blue light that I can see go on when I push the button, but no vapor or anything. My exciting day has suddenly turned very sad :(

Any chance you have the voltage too high for your atty?

No....I tried it as it came (with the white line in the middle), and then turned it down (to the left), and then tried it higher (to the right). Nothing. I'm not new at this either....I've been vaping for over a year and a half, so I think I know what I'm doing, hehe. Even had another variable volt device...loved it, except it kept leaking juice and wasn't very sturdy, so that went back. So that's why I wanted the Infinity, I KNOW I love variable voltage.

I have tried 3 different atomizers on it so far. One is an older atty, but two are brand new. They all work on both my KR808 batteries and my Riva 901 perfectly.

You also might not be making a connection with the atty. I have had some 808s and 901s not make good contact with some PVs -- I keep a couple of adapters around to correct those (or there's the staple mod).

That would be my guess too. I have to use adapters with a few of my mods. If that center post isn't exactly right they won't fire.
