Not a vaping guru, but here are my thoughts....
Positives:
Amazing battery life! I vape a LOT, and it lasted three full days, when I tried to see how long a full charge would go!
Clicky main button! The button you use to vape is flush, so it won't be pressed accidentally, but it gives great tactile feedback, and hasn't misfired yet!
Overall excellent construction, device is entirely made of metal! Solid feel.
Bonus: Device can be used as a charger for your iPhone, iPod, Android phones, etc.! No need to carry around a battery wallet, if you carry your MVP along with you, and a USB cord, you're all set for emergencies! And... with the amazing battery life this device provides, if I need to give my cell phone a charge, I won't stress too much about reducing the charge on my PV!

Negatives:
On the heavy side. My Gripper VV is substantially lighter to carry, but it also feels substantially cheaper!
Wish there were an ohm meter, to let me know what resistance the carto I'm using is at.
Drop the "Puff Counter"... I honestly don't CARE how many PUFFS I've taken since I last turned the device on, and I have to wait while the MVP displays my puff count, before I can change the voltage setting! Slight pain in the ....

Love the finish on this device (I purchased the blue version... it's a gunmetal type of blue, not a bright blue), which so far has held up and shows no scratches or wear. Love the solid feel, although it is slightly heavy, but I guess if you want a solid, all metal device, it's going to have some heft to it.

I go often to amusement parks with my young kids... Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, etc.

What typically happens is, we split up, and we're texting and calling each other throughout the day. Around 4-5pm, one or more of our phones is about to go dead.

Having the ability to charge one or more of our phones from my PV will come in VERY handy, and I don't have to remember to bring along a battery bank... I'm going to be bringing my e-cig anyways! Also, the MVP will not give me any concern that by nightfall, it may go dead. Battery life on this thing is mind blowing!

For $65 or so, this really is an excellent device! If you prefer box modes to tube modes, this is a very good choice!

If money is an issue, get a Gripper VV. If you can spring for the extra $$$, go for the iTaste MVP.

After seeing some review videos and doing some research online i decided to pick one up and got the Black one.I first noticed that it was smaller than i thought it would be and i also noticed the solid construction of it and yes this mod is abit hefty due to the materials it is made from however i don't think its too bad.I literally vaped on this mod with tanks and the included clearomizers from Monday afternoon and the battery started dying on me late last night, this mod is a beast since receiving it its been performing really well.Something worth mentioning is that it is variable voltage but it only goes from 3.3 to 5.0..If i had one small gripe about it its the positioning of the firing button i wish it was located elsewhere but that's something minor..Other than that i think that this is damn good mod you could do alot worse for 65 bucks which is what i paid for it.

I spend way more time than I should have trying to decide between this and the Vamo. In the end I decided that the MVP was better suited for me, but I still ordered a Vamo along with it.

I just got the MVP and like the fact I can charge it on the go. I love my Vamo for the VW. Wish they could merge the two.

My mvp is awesome it does everything I need , It last for days , & its not too heavy tho it is heavier than most smaller or plastic pv's, & in a pinch it can power my Ipod or even charge my phone.
The only draw back I can find is that it only goes up to 5 volts.
even the price point is pretty good what all you get.

I just ordered one because of extensive research.

Pros
+Solid construction
+Box Shape appears elegant unlike the cheap battery boxes
+Can power other devices in a pinch
+Charges using a standard Micro USB [Same as Cel Phone]
+Box shape means more stable base than the tube mods-
+The newest revision has Ego Threading [Be Sure it says Ego Threading in Description]
+Very long life at least 1 1/2 days of heavy vaping and some have reported 2-3 vaping. Results vary based on Voltage and Useage
+Since it's a standard Micro USB you can recharge in a car or anywhere you would charge a Cel Phone [Apple Users Excluded]
+Don't have to worry about Separate Batteries and chargers
+The button is recessed so it won't go off accidentally in your pocket
+Good Price point
+If this is your first mod than excellent price point because you don't have to buy batteries and a charger so you'll save $30.00 to $50.00 depending on the quality of batteries and charger you would have bought.
example- Two AW 2000 Batteries + Xtar charger would run around $45.00
+ Overall Postive reviews from reviewers and customers. PBusardo gave it a thumbs up and when you examine the threads on ECF overall users are very satisfied with the quality.

Cons
-The solid metal construction adds a little heft.
-The on off button sticks off the bottom so it's not completely flat. [Fix for this is online in a video]
-It's longer than a plastic Box Mod and the gripper and some of the other boxlike mods
-No Ohm Meter
-Recharging other Device Feature- Do you really want to be faced with powering your cel phone or vaping? I can just imagine having a nic fit while I power my phone in an emergency!
-The Fireing button is recessed so until you get used to it some users have claimed that they've had problems finding it.
-No Replaceable Battery- so when battery ceases to work you must replace whole unit
-Average Performance- This unit is fine for normal wattage vaping. But if you are into dual cartomizers or extreme vaping than
you won't be satisfied. If you are among the majority and like to vape 2.3ohm to 2.8om at 4-4.5V than you will be happy. 5V is more than most will ever use especially with the lower Res Clearomizers becoming the norm. The lower 1.80hm at 3v to 4v should be fine too.
-If you are on the go and running out of battery you can't just pop a fresh battery in. So it's like a Apple Cel Phone, you have to keep track of the one battery.

A thought, if this unit is as good as they say. Why not buy a 2nd later on and always have one charged and the other in use. Still comes out way less than a Provari + Batteries+Quality Charger=Extension Cap. Also using partial charges on Lithium Batteries extends the life of the battery.

I'll check in after my unit comes in and add my real life experience to the Thread. I expect it Monday of next week.

HI All
Checking back in as promised, I've had the Itaste MVP for around 2 weeks and it doesn't disappoint.

It's my current favorite device. I found my Provari today but I continue with the Itaste because I like the box shape, shorter height and more elegant polished look. To me the Provari and Bottle Rocket style just appear cruder.

The Itaste MVP arrived on a Friday Afternoon at around 1:00Pm with an empty battery and took 3 1/2 hours to charge.
On 5:30Pm on Friday afternoon I began vaping until 8:30 PM on Sunday evening when it turned Yellow. 2 1/2 days of heavy vaping at around 3.9 to 4.1V on a Kanger 2.5 Ohm Clearomizer.

I decided not to push it and see how much longer it would go until red, I'm not a proponent of completely discharging Lithium Ion Batteries.

Since then every night before I go to sleep I recharge using my cel charger on a USB Hub or I Vape with my Sigelei Zmax and it takes approximately 1hour 1/2 to recharge. Possible a different charger would do it quicker. By the way I bought the Silver and almost bought the Blue. Luckily for me I didn't my friend liked mine so much that we went to a local Vape Shop and bought one for him. The Metallic Blue is much darker than in the photos, a + or - depending on your taste. Me I wouldn't want a dark blue but would like a sky blue. No right or wrong just preferences.

I did the fix on the button, went to my local radio shack and he let me open a tool kit and use the t7 head, unscrewed the bottom, pushed the button to the side, rescrewed it and now my APV is wobble free. Believe you me, If Mr Two thumbs me can do it, anyone can!

The filtering on this unit is excellent, I have a standard Voltage Meter that won't work on PWM Devices that have poor filtering. It works on this and shows the Voltage as rock solid. As listed on the reviews it's always around .14 of a volt less than the meter shows. So for example if the Itaste Mvp shows 4.1 my voltage meter shows 3.96 under load. But it's very consistent so I just compensate for it. Doesn't bother me a bit. I always vape by feel/taste anyway.
