Okay, that title is a lie. But I want to find the answer so it can become reality. So in short- I'm continuing my search for a great coconut flavor that's sold, and ready to go. I've read a few previous threads on the topic, but most of the solutions seem to be in a DIY form. Hasn't any seller cracked the code yet?

I've tried a ton of B&M samples that I can't recall, mount baker's versions, both regular and coconut cream pie, which I didn't like at all, and I sprung for Ahlusion's Coconut Dream, and let it steep for over a month. Finally tonight I fired it up, hoping for the best....and I don't like it either. Too sweet, but not the right kind of sweet, if that makes sense. I know that all flavors are subjective, and coconut is probably even more so. I have liked some mixed versions like Heather's White Lie, which is pear and coconut. Pretty solid, but doesn't quite fill my need for a true pure version. I know it exists.....

Long version/flashback: I went on a date a couple year ago, (long before my vaping days) with a girl who put on private poker parties. She also told me about vaping, and how she was trying to design a flavor to sell. Quite the cool chick. At the end of the date, she gave me a standard pen full of her coconut flavor that she had made, and sent me on my way. It was a nice parting gift.

Now, it must have been filled with coconut and {Other stuff}- because it was the tastiest coconut I've ever had. I of course burned the bridge with said girl, and there is no way to get in contact with her again. But the point is...I know it's out there. Someone here must know where this perfect version can be found.

I love coconut too. Does it have to plain coconut? If so I like free state vapor's 'shipwreck', it's a nice solid plain coconut flavor (on sale now 29% off-use code Royals, i believe it ends at midnight tonight) http://www.freestatevapor.com/organic-shipwrecked/

Nirvana vapor's got a nice coconut juice too BUDDHA'S BREATH

I have some Capells's concentrated coconut that i like to add to things, that works well also

Much thanks- do you recommend a certain PG/VG ratio? I'm wondering if that is part of my issue with coconut. I'm doing it out of a Nautilus mini, so I always go with 50/50, but let me know if I should try something else.

I might just take a stab at both of those thanks!

Five Pawn's Castle Long has a great toasted coconut flavor at the front but also has a roasted almond and bourbon flavor as well.

Yeah, I almost got it a few weeks ago, and got Grandmaster instead....which is just too strong for me. Almost like someone punched me who had a fist made of peanut butter. I'm having regrets about not going with the safe bet. Thanks, good call.

all Nirvana's juice is 50/50

Free State gives you choices, I used to get all mine 100%VG there which is good, but then later on i started getting most of my juice in a 50/50 blend just because i like the added throat hit. I use a protank 2

FYI, if you try Free State and end up liking them the code reddit15 gets you 15% off all the time

or, you might like Highbrow vapor's coconut (you can ask for the extra flavor option) http://highbrowvapor.com/products/coconut
that one's good too. from their site: "All products are customizable on the checkout page. Examples - "Add double flavoring", "Not too sweet", "Add a bit of hazelnut", "Extra throat hit", etc... We encourage creativity."

Great thanks. I just pulled the trigger on the free state one, the royals code still worked. I played it safe and did 50/50 as well. And I might just do this Nirvana one too. Will investigate Highbrow now. I'll let you know how it turns out, much thanks for the help!

hah, thanks for taking the time sir. Ya know, that could be....it being so many years back, maybe it was capella that she used. And I've heard the name a ton- I guess I didn't realize that you can just vape it alone. I thought I'd have to use it only as a sweetener and mix it. The almond joy description does sound pretty spot-on. It was not too sweet...but sugar sweet. Hmm, great point. I'll have to try it. Do you just add it to PG/VG to make it work, or is there a bottle I can buy that's ready to vape?

I just want to second Buddah's Breath. It is a good coconut, but it is a coconut custard. I loved the coconut part, but couldn't stomach the custard part (too sweet for my tastes). If you are a custard fan, I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

You might want to try some of your coconut juices in various devises. The other day I had a flavor in a G5-H2 cartomizer. Seeing how these juices I considered an all day variaty I wanted them in bigger tanks so moved them to a Kanger T3S. The juices had a noticable differant taste, it was more muted in the T3S that in the G5-H2.

Also differant coil builds will change the flavor. Last night I rebuilt a T3S coil because I was getting a burnt taste. I was using ITC berserker juice and it had an awsome chocolate taste. I built the coil with 6 wraps of 34 ga kanthal and it ohmed out at 3.9 ohms. Tried it and now the juice had a flavor of like when you take a glass of milk and add hersheys syrup to it. Very enjoyable but also differant from what it was. Then I tried another T3S and made a 28 ga kanthal wrap of 5 wraps that ohmed out at .8 ohms and it changed the flavor to be like when you take a piece of hershey chocolate and let it desolve in your mouth. Also very good but now this juice has shown me three differant flavor profiles, four if your count the differant cartomizers.

Try your juices in differant carts or tanks or drippers as well as vary the voltages on them and if you build coils, try differant setups with them. You would be surprise how a juice thats flavor just wasnt right all of a sudden becomes awesome.

As a side note I would not suggest .8 ohms on a T3S. It made my spinner red hot and it wasnt even at the max voltage setting.

Interesting point chopdoc, thanks. For better or worse though, I have 1 regular nautilus and 3 nautilus mini's...which sort of limits my options. But I do have a grip of batters, and I can play with the V and W's. And...I can always finally get into the mechanical world. Might be a good excuse ;)

I like a lot of variety with my flavors so I have a bunch of cartomizers. CE4's, MT3's, G5-H2's and T3S's. Ebay found me many good deals and probably have around a 100 of them now. Plus I rebuild my coils as needed so wont need to buy anything new for a while. I find the protanks and Nautilus are good but too big for the shirt pocket so they stay at home with my handful of drippers when I am out and on the go or at work.

I been using the ego 900 mah and 1100 mah. Have 10 of them and they do the trick but wish they was variable voltage style. Can carry 4 of them in a T shirt pocket at work with neck straps and not worry about them falling out too much.

The Istick looks good but that $35 to $60 price isnt that great. Already have a vamo and spinner II and am looking to build a DNA 30 clone.
