Hey all, have been absent awhile. Last time I was here end of Nov I put some Capt Black white pouch tobacco in a tumbler with a few fingers of VG, and also in a 2nd tumbler with a few fingers of PG. Previous to this I had done a few heat extractions with good results, but wondered about the cold method.

So put them in 11-26-13 and covered with saran wrap. Placed in cool, dark cupboard and never touched it again until today, 1-12-14, so just about 6 weeks. Left it so long because I got busy and have plenty of NETs so wasn't in a hurry. :D

So they both came out as good as the heat extraction, taste-wise. Of course the heat method took seconds. :D But not bad for just throwing stuff in a cupboard. If only VG wasn't so hard to filter! But that's the case whether using the hot or cold method.

Anyway. Aces.

LATER THAT NIGHT... :D Seems like the cold extraction gunks faster than the heat extraction. I can chain vape the heat NET for about 45 min strong with the IGO-L dripper before it stops hitting good and needs a wick removal/replacement and dry burn. The cold stuff gunks the coil in half that time. Hm. Guess I'll stick with heat.

Nice to see you back Trayce. Haven't been involved directly with NET's but providing some input to a vendor (lucky me, I get the taste tests!). Missed your support on the PMD thread. Hope you and yours had a great holidays.

(Check my album.)

Good luck.

:)
