Just an idea

Maybe I will slice up some of my environmental bamboo out back real thin and try to make a bamboo wick.
We smoked paper anyway. Bamboo takes forever to burn...I believe it was also used as a light bulb wick. Great moisture wicking properties too....

I thought of trying some wicking (I make candles, so I have many different types), but what I had on hand was too small. However, due to the viscosity of our juice (mine anyway), it probably will not wick very well, and when it is finally saturated, I believe it will not release the juice as well as it should.

HOWEVER...I have been know to be wrong on occasion, so I just cut a length of standard cotton wick and dropped the end into a bottle of juice I won't be vaping (sample sizes I dislike)...we'll see how long it takes it to wick.

Sherry, I have tried the fiberglass wick like this:

It does wick very well, it just doesn't fast enough to work in the tests I have run. I thought it would make the perfect filler but it isn't.

I'm a glutton for punishment so I decided to give this one a try. It's been over a week and I need to replace filler anyway.
I'm always hoping there is a better way.

IMHO, I would not knowingly smoke anything with fiber glass in it because it can cause pulmonary damage big time

Noob here. Last night I cut a little piece out of the corner of a Shamwow cloth and have been using it with the spring mod. Been vaping with it quite a little bit and it seems to be absorbing and wicking the liquid ok so far.

I have tried this stuff as a plug. It did not wick fast enough. I also removed the bridge from an atty and tried a direct wick to coil. This worked better, but still not as good as say PTB, BF plug or the new silicon plug mod.
