About 7-8 Seconds for both! But the Manual gives you an unlimited draw! Just pump the button and you can inhale till you turn blue!

unless you are puff puff passing... you shouldn't have any issues if you care for the part that you put your lips around... I have used a cart for a hella long time... i put the rubber condom on the mouth part after each use (less often now gotten lazy) but I haven't caught anything (?) well not by a used carto that is hehe
