I've been vaping on mine (#777) most of the day today. The adjustable draw is the bomb. Also with the aluminum telescope this thing is weighing in at only 3.4 ounces WITH two LiFePo4 batteries and 510 cartomizer. Only 2.2 ounces with the batteries removed! If I remove the collector tank and just leave the atty cap by itself it only weighs 1.7 ounces with a cartomizer installed.

Also, 510 carto users are probably aware of all the noise that cartomizers make when you smoke them on the GGTS. With the adjustable draw this noise is almost non-existant.

The body is now made of the new aluminum alloy and the finish is excellent. Only time will tell but I believe the tarnish issues are probably history.

Get ready...Thursday is coming...and you -WILL- be impressed.

I'll post up some sneak peak videos later of how the various parts work and the adjustments that you can make on it.

Thank God because that is the most annoying sound to listen to ALL day. :grr::grr:

Tarnish will come but this time would be much later Rob. Tarnish comes by our hands when they are wet.

Some secrets about aluminium:

Aluminium is a very dificult metal. Its surface cant be succesfully painted or plated, only anodized. The main reason is that we have it in our hands all day. I dont know if there is an aluminium mod out there plated or painted but it will not last. After 1,5-2 years the aluminium's surface will start to be uncovered.
Chromium or Nickel cant stay on its surface. It looks nice like a shiny aluminium surface, but when it will start leaving the e-cig will look like a mess. Also if e-cig falls of your hands 2-3 times and hit something hard its surface will break. And then you cant put it in a wheel to disapear the mark.

Bronze on the other hand is a different situation. It keeps nickel or chromium very well on its surface. Its the right metal for this but its too heavy.

Plating is for cheaper units where we dont care much if the surface break.
