Hello All... Just got into vaping a couple months ago...and its turned my wallet inside out. Been lurking around the forum for a while, even decided to register a couple days ago but wanted to officially introduce myself.

Hope to get a lot of useful information here. There are a lot of forums to choose from, but I felt this was one of the most organized ones.

Yea, the initial investment is a bit steep but then it becomes supplies...unless you go crazy and can't stop buying new toys. I look at it like any hobby. Getting in requires the most investment. I look at my fishing gear and laugh sometimes. But I haven't had to buy a new rod and reel in 3 years. Just line and lures.

Welcome! I am still trying to figure out how vaping costs so much money. I used to spend $50. a week on analogs and now I spend about $7.00 a week vaping. My initial outlay for all my gear cost a bit but now I find it a hell of a lot cheaper than smoking. Plus, it's gotta be better than analogs. Hmmm....

There's not many options for those around and south of the DC beltway from what I can find. Bmore vapes is good for genuine Joyetech but it's a bit further for me. Other than that there's a shop that just opened in Westminster called SafeSmoke (haven't been there) and a few more spread around Baltimore and one out near Frederick MD.

I went to VapeDojo in Ellicott City yesterday (very close to intersection of RT29 and RT40). They have great juice and let me try a bunch before purchasing. Guy named Joey helped me out and was very helpful and relaxed.

I've been dying to try variable voltage and I was able to get a knock off eGo twist VV batt, EVOD, 5 heads, and a USB charger for $35 bucks. I absolutely love it. Being able to dial in your preferred vape for each juice type is great and the batt lasts forever compared to my cigalikes. I have Volt cigalikes and I love them too but they are now assigned to being out and about and my EVOD rig is my home workhorse.

VapeDojo doesn't have a big selection of gear but they had exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend their juice. Great flavors and the menu isnt' overwhelming.

Like others said the initial start-up costs are a little high but it gets cheaper, as long as you don't go crazy buying every gadget you see. I now spend about $4-$5 a week.
