Ding dong, whaddaworld, today was the last session of the HC and the wicked bill is dead. Could come back in the fall, but we know what to do if it does, and I'm thinkin' NY has enough to worry about this coming year. Confetti! Champagne!!

even if it was just luck or distraction...EXHALE A HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF!! I do hope there are enough of us to continue to effect the politics of it all!! We are going up against the heaviest hitters I can think of: Big Tobacco. I also hope they do something INTELLIGENT when they do finally start to regulate PVs!!
