The O ring on my drip tip fell off...

Well, the O ring on my 510 delrin drip tip got sliced by a metal carto and fell off. Has anyone ever successfully replaced the tension on these drip tips, either with an O ring or another method?

when a drip tip gets loose, you can make it tight by wrapping some thread right above the oring (in the same groove) like 3 or 4 wraps should do it. I hope that makes sense.

Take your DT to your local hardware store (Ace, Lowe's, Home Depot) and find the o-ring bins. Ya should be able to find a suitable sub.

You could also find one at an auto parts store.

Makes perfect sense. It reminds me of wrapping yarn around my boyfreind's class ring in high school so it'd fit my finger.
