Hi all,
I love the Vivi Nova heads. I can lay it down, turn it upside down and they perform very well. Occasionly, though, I get a replacement head that gurgles all the time and the performance drops off considerably. I don't overfill it and I check to make sure it's connected tightly to the stem. This happens even when I blow it out and leave it upright. So far, my fix is to just replace the head but that is a waste. What would be the cause and is there a fix for this?

Ive found on larger wicks they become chocked off by the silicone cap. Then when i remove the to cap to fill tank they release a large amount of liquid to the coil flooding it. Ive found smaller wicks dont do this. Dont throw away your head just turn up the voltage a bit to burn off the extra juice then turn back down... flooding can also occur if wick is too small leaving a gap between silicon cap and wick..flooding can also occur if your end caps aren't tight enough. Flooding sometimes is normal just up your voltage till excess is vaped away..or remove tank and blow excess into a tissue.
