I ordered 4 Ikenvape LR Fusion cartos, adapter and a Ikenvape i06 atomizer + driptip over the long weekend. I got the package today, on the third day as usual. I open the package and BAM!

Wrt "small packet" shipping I hope we can maintain it. Of late, I had to send many e-mails explaining what qualifies as "small packet" to loyal and new customers alike which causes delays in processing customer orders, which of course goes against our business model.

Would it be possible to add a line to a product's description: "Qualifies for small packet"? or maybe just give examples of what qualifies and what doesn't qualify for Small Packet, i.e. "batteries do no qualify", "atomizers qualify", etc.
Ahh well there we go So I don't understand why people still continue to try to stuff all sorts of things in small packets and jeopardize this wonderful offering for the rest of us...

I've been eying the woodchucks for a while now. Good to hear you're bringing out a new model.
I like your current designs but have thought that if there were a little "catch-all" type box on either end
(or both) or across the front or back it might help to clear up the cluttered desk syndrome even more.
Or like a moat around the round ones.
Just to round up those little do dads we all tend to misplace.

Excellent news! I've had my eye on that mod hang-out for quite some time, sure would beat the $2 pen organizer I'm using right now.
I know, the wodchuck had to take a back seat for a while but, we will be doing what was meant to be done
