I really gotta get me an I06 at some point. Is there anything between the 3.5ohm and 1.8ohm? I mean I'm sure I can make good use of the 3.5, but something in, say, a ~2.5ohm would be great too.
Yup! We sure do :) Not at the moment as I am awaiting them. A large order has been placed with IKV and we should see those puppies sometime next week.

On that note...

My recommendations is 1.8 for low res applications, the 2.5 will give you the greatest flexibility when utilizing VV especially VW, and the 3.5 for 6V applications and ESPECIALLY the VMax. The best I can achieve on that baby is 5V. But as we know the power curve on the VMax is out to lunch.

Because of its P to P voltage 9.96V PWM (plus the unknown secondary wave detected, that no one has figured out yet) I personally don't recommend anything lower than 3.5 on the VMax, not everything is about more powaah ;)

The IO6 promises to deliver without the need of going to town on it. You can take that to the bank! :) ... and hence why they are hard to come by. Our American friends depleted nearly all my stock while IKV was down.

ahhh, I misread something then. I tried this on one last week, and it did work, but I've come to enjoy the tight draw to be honest :)
All of IKV products with the exception of the Gold V2 carto have a tight draw, well tighter than most. It is by design. OTOH the Gold V2 is airy (too much IMO) for the first day or so and settles right in.

I will never understand why some vapers think dripping is hassle, I personally find it's what gives you the most control. No wicking issues, no need to tilt a tank, no need to constantly refill, no wondering how much is left in that carto. You take you 3ml bottle with you and you drip as you need.

You were also a huge push in the right direction, DevilFish ... in fact, it was you who first convinced me that maybe there was something to this dripping thing after all. I just figured I would never 'master' it what with flooding issues and cleaning and such. Until Switcher and his IO6 - man, I still cannot believe how user friendly this thing is! Even I have only managed to actually flood it only a very few times. THAT says something! :D I'll google that little thing, Phil ... curiosity has the better of me now. And say ... the big day is drawing closer and closer!! I am so excited for you!!

Got my I06 today, all I can say is WOW! This thing is awesome! I can see why people like to drip now! Thanks Switched for the fast shipping and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Is there a preferred way to maintain these, or keep them running optimally?

Hey BP, glad you are enjoying them. They are unique and vape like champs. Best way to look after them is to forget everything you heard/read about cleaning atties. Blow them out daily and keep 'em wet. Stay away from dark and high sugar liquids and your in like flint. :)
