As usual there is a lot of thought that goes into these matters to include but not limited the complex formula to decide who's who in the zoo. They will continue to receive their normal rewards points, and in addition will see discounts applied right to their shopping carts during check out, based on their standings with us. It just goes to show that loyalty still goes a long way
