Google "poldiac diameter" and the first hit is the mmvapors Poldiac product page that states "The outer diameter of the device is 22.6mm" (it's even listed on the Google results page).
It came with the 18500 tube/pants and the 18350 tube/pants plus a Nanos bottom cap. Now all I need is the Nanos top cap (or the conversion for my current top cap) and its 2 mods in one LOL
Can we adjust the top pin (with the screw head) so the connection isn't so deep?
Miriam will probably be along later to answer your question. I've been wondering this myself.
The page on MMV's site says, "The contacts in both the 510 connector and battery tube are adjustable...." I just need some directions showing me how to raise the pin up a little.
Yeah, I tried that. The screw in mine is very loose, when I turn it up, and screw the atty down on it, it just turns down also, and seems it would work itself out of contact with the atty, if you know what I mean.
I just finished dis-assembling the button switch, cleaned, and replaced a couple items. Wow! What a difference. I think I'm the 3rd owner of this Poldiac, and I doubt if it has ever been cleaned. I did get the button upside down, as the engraving is upside down, but I'll ignore that for now, and fix it later. 
The threads on the screw that contacts the atty are reversed threaded on an authentic Poldiac, so when the atty is screwed down the screw should not go down. The other screw that goes into the plastic housing is standard threaded and should be fully screwed down and not move when the atty contact screw is turned.

Hey Portertown, you are correct. I realized this later as I was cleaning the switch and it works as you say.
Has anyone managed to find a less expensive option for replacement Poldi springs?
No but I order the 6 packs of plain silver plated vs the rhodium plated springs to save $$$.
BTW its is very worth it to get the full set of silver plated contacts PLUS the 6 pack of springs. I was able to tear down my Poldi and its back to working like it used to. Add a KFL w/Chris Mun custom acrylic bell cap and its the sexiest damn thing I think I've ever seen O.O

I've been using my Poldiac for a year and a half now and I've NEVER cleaned the contacts. I'm sure that they could/should be cleaned, but my Poldiac just keeps on performing. The Poldiac is easily my most reliable/consistent Mech. that I own, or have ever used. Maybe I'll clean 'em next year sometime....
