Wow, now I will not be able to sleep tonight waiting for mine to get here around mid day tomorrow. Sounds like a great mod, which I expected it would be coming from MMVapors. I am going to be using my modified kayfun Lite dripper on it first and will then probably try my 3D dripper and see if I can run it in hybrid mode.
Jim had hinted that the button locking and unlocking could become addictive.
When MMV releases their new dripper, which is supposed to be able to be a hybrid with the Nanos, I think I will then have my ideal setup.

Hahahaha right? Mine should arrive mid afternoon. May be the first time is history I'm looking forward to a monday.

i have a question for my poldiac friends.. as stated above i bought a poldiac uma and it will be here tomorrow morning. it comes with the 500 and 350 tubes and pants. i would like to also have the 650 option, do i just need to buy any 650 tube and 650 brass pants to make it correct?

You are correct almost.
All you need to convert your Poldiac Uma to 18650 mode is the Polished Stainless Steel 18650 battery tube and the Polished Brass 18650 pants.
The Uma comes with polished SS button, top cap, battery tube, and bottom cap with contrasting polished Brass Pants and Slotted Shirt.

You would not want to get "any" battery tube as you need the Polished Stainless Steel battery tube in the 18650 size. The bottom ring on the battery tube shows as you can see in the attached link from MMVapors site.

thanks portertown, i had seen there were a couple of options for the tube and wanted to be correct rather than jumping and ordering something that wasnt going to look uniform to the uma. i havent even got it yet and im thinking of buying another, lol.

The Poldiacs can become quite addictive. I have two of the Poldiacs and just last week got the new bottom switch Nanos mod made by MMVapors.
Welcome to the Poldiac family.
Jim, the owner of MMVapors, is going to be coming out with a dripper this summer and that will be my next buy from them.

So...I get to join the club! I just bought a legit Poldiac off subReddit from a vaper who was able to quit nicotine completely after about a year of dialing down the nic. It arrived yesterday and is just a lovely brushed brass. Prettiest mod I own - and I have a handful of high end NON clone mods. I'm not opposed to people owning clones, but for me the difference is more that just perceptible.

Anyway before I get all tldr; pic coming shortly. Glad to find a fan club thread where I can post my questions. Thx for being here!

Welcome to the Poldiac family. I am sure you will enjoy your Poldiac and get great use from it.
You can download the Poldiac manual from MMVapors. They also have a thread in the Suppliers section of ECF, under European Suppliers. They also have their own dedicated forum, just for their products, on the MMV home page.
Here is the link for the manual and some good videos.

Thanks that's very helpful! I can already tell I need to do a bit of maintenance to the switch. You must have sensed my upcoming questions ;-)

You are quite welcome.
Please ask any questions that may come up about your Poldiac. Myself and other Poldiac owners will try to assist in any way we can.
