Nice!! I was thinking beef stew tonight, but might settle for frozen chicken fingers and some veggies. Not feeling the cooking thing tonight.

My birds aren't laying yet, they're busy trying to stay warm. Which reminds me that I need to go to TSC for bedding this afternoon.

We are having soft shell tacos/burritos. I can't tell the difference since the ingredients are basically the same. She puts in ground chicken sautéed with taco sauce, chopped lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped onions, rice, medium or hot salsa, all wrapped up in a soft shell. She did leave out the re-fried beans on purpose...
Went for the chicken fingers last night, so tonight it shall be beef stew! Or beef something anyway, I might just Google a recipe!
Still a bit chilly here, thankfully the awful winds died down without dropping any branches or fences in my yard. I did, however, end up with what looks like someone's rain spout extension in my front shrubbery...

It's been snowing here all day. I'm getting really tired of the icy driveway. Come on spring!!!!!
We are having something for supper that we never tried before. A friend of mine got a bear this year and he gave us a big pack of bear sausage. I hope it is good tasting. I guess you just cook/make it like any other sausage?
