Good morning from dreary hutsville. Lots of melting yesterday, so this morning we have a skating rink out there. Victor took one step then jumped down the steps.

Last night I prepped the meat for gyros, so we're having those today.

I use lamb. Let me know if you want the recipe I use. It's putzy but delicious.

I have never eaten lamb. Mrs Punkin has but for some reason has never wanted to make/buy/order it since we have been married. Am I missing something? What other meat does it taste similar to?

No, you're not really missing anything. It's tender and has a mild flavor and works really well in some recipes.

Lets just say I wouldn't eat it on its own. But I agree with FV its great in some dishes.
