Sam's clubs on the agenda for today. Placed an order for pick up. Haven't been walking well the last 2 weeks. Had cortisone injection. Now waiting on the gel shots. Soon I hope. February's turning into an expensive month. Rant over.

Mine's still hanging out in the marinades in the fridge. I'll give them all a good stir a few times today, and will get it in the dehydrator tomorrow.

There's at least a foot of new snow so far today, blech. Mr. V needs a part for his truck so his equally crazy buddy just picked him up at the mailbox so they could go get it. The roads aren't plowed. His friend is not going to work tonight, but Mr. V insists that he's going.

Leftover roast beast. I had made a batch of dinner rolls and put them in the freezer before baking them, so I took two out today. It looks like they're rising. *fingers crossed* as I never did this before.

It worked, so I'll do this for burger buns. I always end up throwing some out to the birds if I make the entire batch of 8.

Grabbed a Wawa sammich on the way home, stacked Pastrami and rye, yummy!
