Good sunny morning from hutsville. I think it's supposed to rain this evening, we'll see.

Online quilting class at noon central, signed up last week. Hope it's fun/useful. We're getting a free pattern but have no clue what it is. Accuquilt in case you need to take a peek Drott. Makes quilting super easy, but stupidly expensive.

Easy sounds good. Being the nice person(I am not) agreed to make 25 kid size mask. All ready have more time in them than 50 full size mask. All the steps are the same. Must be the tiny size.:lol:
Can't like it being a pita.

I don't have the right dies for the free pattern they gave us for attending the online thingy. If I buy them my free pattern will cost me $90ish. grrrrrrr

Once you get to "stupidly expensive", you just go buy one that is already made. That even overrides "super easy!"

Now all you have to do is figure out what to do with your free time...:blink:

JC Penny had fairly cheap quilts years ago, I bought three. Not sure if I still have them??

Drott, I had started doing rotary cutting years ago, no more scissors and pattern pieces. Much easier and not expensive. Then Accuquilt came out and changed the game. You choose the right size die, lay your fabric on it and pass it through the machine. It cuts it for you. I cut a quilt with I think over 3000 pieces in an afternoon, no way Arthur and I would have ever attempted this the old way. Lemme see if I have a pic of it, right now it's on the frame being quilted.

Wow super nice. Pretty sure I couldn't make anything like that. I see your point on the Accuquilt. Funny but not when I'm cutting out patterns my hand locks up and I have to pry the scissors off then try to massage till it un locks, frightening.
