Good almost afternoon! Started out at 60, getting good and hot now. Not grouching, rather have heat than snow.

Drott, yes but I use 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c water. Can sub melted butter for the oil for better flavor.

Missed answering the how was it part, oops. I proof mine on the counter as usual and use a little covered loaf pan. 350 for 35 minutes. It's good basic bread.
