Good morning. No plans today except to frost the cake I baked last night. It's Mr. V's birthday even though he's trying to cancel it.

I won't bore you with the details but we had good news and bad news.
The bad news is our heat pump/air conditioner crapped out yesterday morning and we tried to sleep with the inside temperature of 84.
The good news is they came back first thing this morning and got it fixed.
The best news is it would cost $0.00. All covered by warranty.

I am going to go out on a limb here and make my temperature forecast that today is the last day this year that the temps will exceed 90 degrees.

Have 50 kids mask ready to send off. Just heard my cousins youngest son died in a farm accident yesterday. Shame he was only 24.
