Not a good last couple days sewing wise that is. Good news I did get the 100 masks for the kids done. But both machines need to go to the shop. The newer of the 2 sews nice on scrap from 1 to 6 layers. As soon as I put a mask or other project in it to sew it drops stiches tears thread. Tried every thing. I can just hear it now it works fine nothing wrong with it.:lol: The old one was at the shop 3-4 months ago but I just brought in in from the car this morning. 30 mask later the tension starts making noise and bouncing with every up and down of the needle. Soo no way to keep the tension at a setting. They put that on last time. Apparently the tiny special screw wasn't long enough. I don't have the tool to get it out.:lol: My bad was not brining it in and using it right away. It had a 30 day guarantee. Lesson learned. The good I'll get a break from sewing an get more done around the shack. The bad I have 4 pulse started projects to finish up and a few others to get done for the holidays. Of course they'll try to sell me a new machine when I drop these off. Rant over I feel better.:lol:

Yeeks Drott, can't like that. Could it be the choice of needle? Do you use jeans needles on the thick stuff?

Just got the grapevine news that my mother is in ICU and the outlook is grim. Not sure how I'm feeling about this. ugh.
Tried 14,16 and 18 all the same results. 3 hrs playing with machine 15 min sewing if that

Thanks guys. She's an odd woman with serious issues. Alcohol, anorexia, and motherhood is not a winning combination. On the upside, it taught me how to be a good mother. Just decide what mom would do in any situation and do the exact opposite.

Bowl of cereal in front of the tv for dinner, Mr. V is working late.

Darn machines, I hate when they mess up. Which reminds me that I need to clean/oil mine. Yuck.
