Good late morning. Mr. V is on vacation this week so I'm cooking and baking. Kind of nice having him around.

Good morning. Still pretty cold here today, but tomorrow is supposed to be nicer. *fingers crossed*

We have very little self control when it comes to baked products. So, nothing lasts very long in order to eat it fresh. If it is here we are going to eat it. An entire loaf of homemade bread lasts 2 days, 3 at the most if it is not my favorite. A pie is usually cut into 4 pieces. Cookies will never go stale. Now you can understand why she doesn't bake very often...

A pie here is cut into 8 pieces, but Mr. V always claims he must have been sleepwalking when pieces disappear overnight.
Victor is very confused and concerned right now. He stands and stares at Mr. V, then runs back for me to tell him it's all okay, then runs back to stare. It's something he's never seen happen before. Mr. V is vacuuming.

He is on vacation which is why he ended up vacuuming. He saw how I do it and took it away from me. I can push a vac with some modifications, but I can't pull it back to me. So it looks really weird when I vac. Sheesh, I do get it done, it doesn't have to look pretty how I do it. Maybe I should let him see how I scrub toilets and tubs.... 
He's getting more pie, no worries. I ended up making apple last time, so bumbleberry is baking today.

Good morning. It's supposed to be nice out today, going to pick up Victor's food. He'll be sad that it's drive through pickup, no toy shopping while we're there.
