I have the same ice cream maker Drott, might have to re-think it sitting in it's box in the basement.
Haven't checked with the weatherliars over here, sun is out and tons to do.
The wind got me on a few clay targets. Ended up with a 43/50. Not my best but it was fun...

Trying to figure out why my homemade frozen pizza crust won't brown. They do great fresh, but once I freeze them the crust never browns on the bottom. Ideas?

Maybe it has something to do with the moisture content. I think freezing may make it slightly drier. I will admit that I am just making a guess.

I'd try coating it with light layer of oil. Pumpkin's right it dose lose moisture being frozen. I coat my pizza balls with olive oil before freezing. If ya done all that don't know what went wrong. My thinking is if it taste good that's all that matters.
