Baked an apple pie while I was just hanging out today. I had canned quarts of pie filling when I had the overabundance of apples. One quart made a kinda slim pie, we'll see how it tastes. It sure was easy to have the filling already made. Mr. V hovered, asking to "help". I refused, as he was holding a spoon. I booted him to the garage to work on that stoopid car.

The only good thing about doing laundry is the machine does most of the work for you so you can go on doing something else at the same time. Too bad it hasn't figured out how to fold the stuff when it is done...

I get a reprieve from all hut work until sometime on Wed. Victor is to be kept still and quiet until he goes in for x-rays Wed. morning. So I get to sit on the couch with him until then.
None of his test results were horrible, but some were odd. The vet is perplexed right along with me. ugh
