All is well in posseland now.
Today was the last day of our rain check for those T-bone steaks. Mr. V went in to check again and as usual there was not a single one in the case. The guy working the counter said there weren't any available. So Mr. V stuck his head into the back and called for the butcher, who first said no, but under Mr. V's glare (I've taught him well) he changed his mind and cut them while Mr. V waited. So he came home with 10 really nice steaks for $7.99#.

I still wish they would fix Tapatalk. I like that the App lets me know on my cell phone when you guys leave a new message. Mrs Punkin always says, " I think the girls posted a new message, I heard the phone beep."

Playing keeper of the door today. So not getting anything done. Promised Gertie she could run loos all day providing she behaves.
Victor is sleeping, his bath must have tuckered him out. So I get a slight break from being the doorman.

So much for doing nothing today. 2nd load of wash is in and I either need to dust or take off my glasses.
Foots healing but it's going to be a long-haul thing. Gertie. I see improvement so giving her more whole shack time, with a watchful eye.
Whatever I bumble into in the fridge is dinner for me. Mr. V is not home so I don't have to cook. Not having glasses on makes it interesting.
