Just got back from getting Mrs Punkin's car inspected and an oil change. They didn't find any issues and even got an emission exemption because she didn't put over 5000 miles on it.

Victors diapers are out on the line, what a nice change from them hanging in the bathroom. He helped me hang them, and we spent some time wandering around the yard.

Used as a rental, the tenants clearly had an artful appreciation of vandalism and destruction of personal property. However, you will feel one with nature and the outdoors with the broken or missing windows! Pull in your camper, rebuild or invest in heated undergarments for the season.
