Good morning. Fall is over here, 20 so far today and the pond is icing over. brrrrrr!

Baking a cake to help keep the shack warm. Thinking about cookies just don't know if I'm that ambitious.

No baking for me today, just not up to it. The woodstove is blazing away, snug as a bug over here.

No cookies were baked. Making stuffed peppers I made up and froze earlier. Buttered noodles and corn.

I lied. Burger buns are on their second rise. Pot roast with veggies and noodles tonight.

Bored. The borders are on the halloween quilt, don't feel like doing anything else today after wrestling with that. I could dust or something, but nah.

Good late morning, Ice on the pool this morning. A mix or rain on tap for later today. Aurther is working overtime he's horrid.

Good late morning from here as well. It's snowing, the woods are white and it's really pretty. But my car and driveway are white as well, not so pretty. Guess who's staying home and making soup?

Ended up making potato bacon soup, love that stuff. Of course I made a vat full so I can freeze a bunch of it.
