Sorry should have been clearer. For bread. But decided to stick with AP. I make things that Bread flour just wouldn't be great for without adjustments.

Waiting to make a BJ's pick up. Since my brother and family's coming up from SC. I need to get stuff to bake. Can't beat club priced for Gold medal flour and cane sugar.

I've done that with ninja and the slow cooker.

I don't buy bread flour, use AP for bread and rolls. I do buy pizza flour though.
