OK, I have to say, I freaking love bao! My first taste was sio bao at a Philippino restaurant in VA. Next was the Hawaiian version - manapua. Then I attempted making them myself. Since they're made with yeast dough, it was a lengthy process.

I wish I still had it as easy as in HI, buy fresh from a restaurant or frozen in the supermarket.
