Just finished making 3 batches of peanut butter fudge. Should be moved but these darn aluminum pans are so flimsy I'm afraid to move them. Guess 2 lbs. per pan is just to much for them to handle. Back to 8x8 cake pans. I'll need to buy because they weren't returned last year. Grrr.
