LOL! I think the skinny brown pet store crickets are creepy, but never had a problem with the normal black ones we get around here! I'd walk inside as a kid with my hands cupped together, and my mom would tell me to take whatever that was right back outside!

I won a dollar! The only bet I had on the Superbowl. I know this guy that is the luckiest man I have ever met EXCEPT for gambling. I always let him pick the team/person and I take the other side whether it is football, baseball, golf, or the presidency. We only ever bet $1. He won one bet in the last 10 years but has lost maybe 30. We have fun with it. Yesterday at a trap shoot some asked, "Who did he pick to win the superbowl?" I told them he picked NE and everyone burst out at the same time with, "Alright! That means the Eagles are going to win!"

I just refilled my supply of Jameson. It was on sale for $7 off the normal price. What the heck I bought two! Stopped by the beer distributor and picked up some Yuengling so now I am ready for the weather fibbers forcast. Sure beats milk and bread run to the grrrr store. [emoji3]

Oh, and I had my heating oil refilled today. Probably cut it a bit close! They delivered 260.8 gallons, and I think my tank holds 275 gallons!

I delivered heating oil back in the 70s. The delivery system does not draw from the absolute bottom of the tank to prevent crud/water that settles to the bottom from entering your furnace. So, you really were just about OUT!
