Our heat pump crapped out this Winter so we bought a new one. It does both heating and air conditioning. Now we get to use the AC...

Oh, and apparently we lost power at home sometime today? I had left the floor fans on, but one of the 2 won't come back on if the power goes out.
It's a bit warm in here right now, I have all the windows open and will turn on fans when it cools out there. So we went from 50 to 80 in one day. 
It's a beautiful sunny and warm day here. I've been looking at the deck, it needs help. Old, leaning, crooked....
I'm glad you are finally having nice weather there. Your description of the deck sounds like some of things Mrs. Punkin says about me.

The menu for today is RAIN & MUD. Thinking a bailer for the grass. Gardens growing great. Boots and umbrella to swim to the chicks ducks.

Ours today is sunny and warmish. There's a cool breeze.
I just had words with the desk at the vets clinic, since doc expanded the building and hired two new vets the service is just like going to the big city. So Mr. Victor is not going in there for his neuter, as he does not need a zillion tests and shots a week before hand. I miss when doc was just a good country vet. I wonder if he knows how awful things are for his customers now, I never see him anymore. ack. Off to start making phone calls.

Vets are going the same way as the family doctors. Sucks.
Called the gal that runs the humane society and she gave me another farm doc. I"ll call him when I get over being so crabby at Doc Steve. I am looking forward to running into Steve and asking why he bailed on his 20+ year clients.
I hate to do it, but his prostate is causing him grief. Poor buddy.Poor Victor... Loosing his ...
