Victor's stomach is still on the old time. He stood with his head hanging over his his bowl looking miserable until I fed him early. Poor buddy, he might have died. 
Mine all started swarming about 4pm (dinner is at 5:30). They got snacks (green beans) before dinner.

Same weather here. We went to vote first thing this morning. There and back in a half hour. A friend of ours just texted us and said the lines are now VERY long... It is in the forecast to stop raining this afternoon.
I'm waiting for Mr. V to wake up so we can go together. No sense trying to get one of the 4 parking spaces twice. We'll end up parking half in the ditch and half out in the road as usual. It's never a long wait at the town hall, show your ID, wait while your name is checked in the book, sign it and go behind one of the two curtains with a pen and your paper form, drop it in the lock box on the way out. Yep, we have old school voting.
We live in a small village and vote at the fire department. Since it was raining they had to pull out the engines so people could stand in line inside the building. We are old school too and slow...

I don't know if we can vote at the FD here, it would be better because they have a bigger parking lot. And a bathroom. Our town hall just has a leaning outhouse with an old phone book.
Voting didn't take to long. But they really weren't organized. Our small town is growing. But the polling place in my part of town is still in the dark ages. Their resisting change. Sorry folks but what worked 20-30 years ago isn't working now. Oh well it was entertaining.
I'll just be glad when the flyers and phone calls stop. Yesterday I turned the ringer off on the phone and my paper recycling bin is full. sheesh.
