I also have a passion for meatloaf sandwiches!I love making a big meat loaf. So versatile and I don't have to cook for days.
Tonight was meatloaf sammies on the buns I made the other day. Tomorrow I'm thinking chicken because I watched Alton Brown make one last night. 
Just got home with Victor, he's good but dopey. She removed 3 growths, luckily she burned them so there's no stitches to deal with. She said none of them were anything to worry about which is a huge relief. My checkbook feels worse than he does.

So far. She said to put one on him if he starts pawing at his face. *fingers crossed* that he just leaves it alone. One was in his eyelid, on under his chin and one on the side of his dopey mug. The only one that was important to get off was the one that was in/out of his eyelid because it was really bugging his eye.Glad Victor doesn't have to wear the Cone of Shame!

The chicken was good, but it sure wasn't worth all the work and clean up. I forgot that TV cooks don't have to clean their own kitchens or scrub their own pans. From now on I'll stick to using my roasting pan.
Victor is happy about chicken, he gets all the innards. He doesn't even notice the pills hidden inside so it's a win.

I can't remember the last time I had a crab cake. Of course now I need one.
Off to Menards today, they have a 15% off anything you can stuff in the bag sale. I use that sale to stock up on dish soap and toilet cleaner. How exciting.

It's nasty here right now. We didn't get to the store, after seeing 2 accidents in front of us we turned around and came home. Therefore grilled cheese for dinner. Mr. V yelled at Victor, I yelled at Mr. V, now nobody is looking at anyone around here.

We, as in Mrs Punkin and I, are going to go trap shooting this morning. I think she wanted to go along just to see me drive home in the snow storm if the weather liars are correct.
I figured I won't be able to go tomorrow so I'm going to try and beat the snow today.

Good morning all. Meat loaf mixed up and in the fridge to be baked when I get home from work. Scheduled 11:30 - 5:30. If the roads get bad I'll shutdown early. Lancaster city people just cant drive.
